My world is full of stories, sweets, world-building, characters (real or fictional), whimsy, and wander. Sprinkle it with some woo-woo, some Southern charm and hospitality and you meet me, Rachael (aka Mama Woo).
WHO DOESN'T LOVE A GOOD PLOT TWIST?
We adore them in novels, but when they happen in our actual lives, we wonder if we’ve lost our minds. Yet, turning 50 and navigating a sudden health crisis brought a mandatory pause, and my own beautiful plot twist.
For years, I immersed myself in the traditional spiritual entrepreneur space coaching, teaching, and doing all the things. The people were amazing, but the execution was exhausting. I was tired of trying to fit my energy into rigid digital funnels, automated webinars, and sterile screens that simply didn't fit my mold.
So, I took a leap. I stepped completely out of the box to lean into a model that is deeply human, whimsical, and plays entirely to my truest passions.
MEET PLOT AND PASTRY
Plot and Pastry is a curated experience platform and community initiative designed to help you slow down, claim your power, and honor your story.
This isn't a departure from my work; it is the ultimate alignment of it. I am still here, holding space for you, but we are doing it differently, split beautifully across two distinct paths:
PLOT
Somatic Writing Community & Studio: Helping women aged 45+ safely step out of their old narratives, ground themselves back into their bodies, and learn how to turn their profound real-life plot twists into profits. Through somatic writing circles and mentorship, we bypass the digital noise so your true voice can be heard out loud.
Local Sweets & The Blog: For our local community right here in the East Valley of Arizona, we host soulful, in-person gatherings grounded by limited-batch, sweet treats from our micro-bakery accompanied with their own tales. And for our global family, my blog serves as a digital table where we share the lessons and the sweetness of the journey.
Life is far too short to stay inside a system that drains your spirit. Whether you are ready to heal your relationship with your business, write your next chapter, or simply sit at the table, you belong here.
“Stories and sweets are best when shared.” ~~ Mama Woo
"We are not nouns, we are verbs. I am not a thing – an actor, a writer – I am a person who does things – I write, I act – and I never know what I'm going to do next. I think you can be imprisoned if you think of yourself as a noun." ~ Stephen Fry
