I'm Rachael

I switched departments from being a Clinical & Research Nurse to becoming the Soul Nurse.

Same devotion. Wider map.

For years I showed up in scrubs, reading bodies, trusting the science. And I loved it. But somewhere between the charts and the clinical, I kept hearing something the textbooks couldn't explain.

So I listened.

I stepped away from conventional medicine and walked toward something wider. Eastern philosophies, soul contracts, the wisdom the body carries long before it speaks in symptoms. I became the kind of healer I'd been quietly searching for.

Now I write, I work, and I live at the intersection of what we can measure and what we can only feel. Co-author of Rooted to Rise. Mom of three remarkable humans and two german shorted pointers. Coffee-dependent. Outdoors-loving. Perpetually mid-book.

And the only drama I entertain...Comes with subtitles.
