Before You Book
PLEASE NOTE:
A Soul Contract Birth Chart Reading with Rachael Woosley is required before booking a Relationship & Family Reading, a Business Reading, or a Name Change Reading.
Why? Because your chart is the root system.
Before we branch into the dynamics of love, lineage, or work, we start with you—the original signature your soul came in with. That’s where the clarity lives. That’s where the real unraveling begins.
RESCHEDULING
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance so we can honor each other’s time and energy.
LATE START
If you’re late, your session still ends at the originally scheduled time.
If you’re more than 10 minutes late, it’s considered a no-show—you’ll have one chance to reschedule.
If it happens a second time, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
NO-SHOW
If you miss your appointment and don’t reach out before the session ends, the session will be forfeited.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless Rachael Woosley needs to cancel the appointment and is unable to reschedule.
