Leadership has always been woven into the fabric of my life. From an early age, I found myself stepping into roles that called for guidance, direction, and support. Over time, I became skilled at leading from the mind—strategically, logically, and decisively. It was effective. It produced results. Yet, as I journeyed deeper into my own healing, I came to understand that this traditional approach to leadership no longer aligned with the woman I was becoming.
I realized that true leadership is not rooted solely in intellect or control; it is grounded in authenticity, heart-centered connection, and intuitive wisdom. To lead fully and purposefully, I needed to integrate the mind and heart, allowing them to work in harmony to create a more profound impact and a deeper sense of alignment with my soul’s calling.
The Shift from Head-Centered to Heart-Centered Leadership
For years, I led with structure, control, and logic. I was the problem-solver, the planner, the one with the answers. It was productive, but it lacked connection, compassion, and depth. Beneath the surface, I had built a shield—a carefully crafted mask that kept me from embracing vulnerability and fully stepping into my power.
As my healing journey unfolded, I discovered that leading from the heart meant removing that mask and stepping into a new paradigm of leadership. This transformation required me to honor a more grounded, feminine way of leading—one that values intuition, compassion, and presence just as much as intellect and results.
The shift was profound. I began to see leadership not as a role but as an expression of wholeness—a way of being that invites others to rise alongside you. By creating from a space of flow rather than force, I could step into my purpose with clarity and grace.
Stepping Back to Step Forward
This transformation did not happen overnight. Over the past five years, I gave myself the space to step back, reflect, and recalibrate. Each time I felt the pull to return to leadership, I paused, knowing that my healing and growth were not yet complete. True leadership does not come from a need for validation or control. It is born from a place of service, love, and purpose.
In stepping back, I gave myself the gift of healing. I embraced the unfolding process, trusting that this time of rest and reflection would allow me to step forward more aligned, empowered, and ready to lead from the heart.
Why Now? Answering the Call to Lead and Build Community
Today, I feel an undeniable pull to step back into leadership and community building. This decision is not driven by obligation but by love—love for myself, for the women I serve, and for the vision of a more connected, empowered world.
Through writing, I rediscovered my voice and my passion for guiding others. Writing became a vessel for self-expression, creativity, and healing. It allowed me to uncover hidden parts of myself and connect more deeply with my purpose. It even led to my upcoming book, Rooted to Rise: 7 Women’s Stories of Their Journey with Cannabis, launching on February 11.
Yet, my journey is not just about writing—it is about creating transformative experiences. I am called to build a community for women in midlife who are navigating their own paths of healing and self-discovery.
The iHealHER Collective: A Sanctuary for Transformation
This is why I created the iHealHER Collective—a vibrant, nurturing space for women in midlife to experience multidimensional healing. This is a sanctuary where women can reconnect with their power, embrace their authentic selves, and heal across all dimensions of life—mind, body, and spirit.
Midlife is not a crisis; it is a chrysalis. It is a sacred time of awakening, growth, and empowerment. In this community, you will find the tools, support, and inspiration to shed old layers, rewrite your story, and step into a new chapter filled with purpose, clarity, and joy.
Together, we will explore ancestral nutrition, holistic wellness, and sacred self-care practices. We will cultivate deep connections and celebrate the journey of transformation. This community is here to remind you that you are never alone, and your potential is limitless.
Leading with Love, Purpose, and Integrity
As I step into this new chapter of leadership, I do so with a commitment to authenticity, service, and love. Leadership is not about perfection or having all the answers—it is about showing up with courage, holding space for others, and inspiring transformation through action and presence.
True leadership is an act of love. It flows from a deep well of trust, compassion, and purpose. It invites us to heal ourselves so we can empower others and create ripples of change that extend far beyond ourselves.
Every woman has the capacity to lead in her own way. Leadership is not a mold to fit into—it is an opportunity to embody your truth and inspire others to do the same.
Your Journey Begins Here
If you are on a path of self-discovery, healing, or transformation, I invite you to step into this space. Whether you are just beginning or well on your way, know that you are seen, heard, and supported.
